The Hipcats were invited by Izzy and Ferdy to join them at their wedding at Wick Farm near Bath, Wiltshire on 2nd June. The bride and groom had chosen a trio of double bass, keyboards and vocals to play at their drinks reception outside and the band found a great spot under the tree on the terrace. The classic and cool music went well with the vintage Porsche which brought the happy couple to the venue and the weather was just right for drinks and canapés.

Keyboard player, Phil, from The Hipcats stayed on in the evening to provide cocktail piano in the bar area and he played a mix of classic jazz and romantic tunes from the 1920s through to the present day. Sophisticated and cool. More information at
